Some plants IME do sulk after watering but they're back the next day.so, letting dry out as i do for 4-5 or 6 days, then watering, she only sulks for one day.
Doing it your way, she may still sulk after her daily waterings, then she'll never have time to grow proper as she may spend every day trying to recover from being watered daily. This is my way of thinking.

No, she sulks before waterings, not after. I guess the soil just gets too dry and it can't feed properly.

She has a couple of yellow leaves below, but I guess it's natural for this strain. I saw same in previous run.
