Thanks everyone for the great variety of techniques. I'm going to start 2 auto beans in a couple of days. Just working on finishing up some flowering from my first grow. Looking forward to growing with the autopots with air domes. Probably going to do coco/perlite and Remo nutes this time. But my heart is really growing with organics but I am finding that takes time to perfect. And I need time to cook soil again which I don't have and winter is just around the corner so don't have a place to cook soil right now.

Honestly, just put them directly into your autopots after soaking for 24/48 hours and they have sunk in the water. Keep some clingfilm or a plastic bottle on top of the seedling for the first 5 days or so, keep the humidity as high as you can by spraying with a bottle. Once you remove the humidity dome start watering in small circles around the plant, only the width of the leaves. Keep the grow room moist if you can. One of your last waterings around day 14 should be about 1L, just for way of water measurement, and your first watering should be about 250ml around day 5-7. Obviously things will vary but by a way of a guideline... By day 17-21 the leaves should have reached the edges of the autopot, by this time you should turn the system on with no issues.
