Are you able to give the pH of your medium? Depending on what light you are using, what is the distance of the light? This looks to me like a minor Ca -deficiency but it can be sometimes confused at this stage with P deficiency although I cannot spot any darker necrosis that is more typical with P deficiency. That's why pH of your medium would give valuable information to narrow those possibilities down. Leaves show signs of little stress, perhaps lights a bit close?
Also what is the EC / PPM of the solution you are currently giving her? And the EC / PPM of the plain water before nutes?
