Grow Mediums Promix moisture mix

Does anyone have any experience with this product.

I found some bags for $4. I am giving it a go in 3 gallon smart pots in an autopot system.

I use the Pro Mix Organic Vegetable, add some extra perlite and EWC, works good.
Haven't used the moisture mix.
$4/18L bag is a nice, cheap price.
