Purple stem on 5 day old seedling

Hi all- is this anything to worry about ? Over the last day or so the stem on my little seedling has gone purple. It seems to correlate to with me putting it under my light. Is about 14inches away, haven’t given any nutes or water yet other that what was used in germination.

Be sure not to overwater..or underwater Just keep the soil moist, but not saturated. Very important with autos!
