Wellp, it's getting to be that time where they use up their leaves and put on the "fall colors"! Gave everyone a trim today of dead/dying leaves. The big girls are coming along great, finishing up very smoothly, just getting more and more colorful and fragrant too! Still wonderful smells of purple drank / candy factory lol. They are definitely really good lookers too, never grew anything "purp" so this has been great eye candy too!

Thanks rc, these are real gems, the world would do well with some kind of full release of these somehow hehe. Well I'm looking today and thinking...hmmm.. I'm thinking that Purple Stone 1 & 2 might be done sooner than I thought! Especially PS #2 which has used up the fans now and has almost no fresh pistils. PS #1 still has a few pistils and a few leaves I'd like to see turn but I think the time is close!
Don't think they're going to be puttin' on any more mass at this point, not 1 and 2 I mean. PS # 3 still has a bit to catch up on thanks to the early stunting from fighting off the old damp off, but it's racing to the finish line too!

Thanks mucho friends! Ok decided to get out the big hardware and get some microscope shots of the Purple Stones, you crazies are gonna love this! (paging Ms Mossy, you'll want to see these lol). In particular, I tried to focus on highlighting the purple stalks which I mentioned, similar to how the SS Red Poison has red stalked trichs.

Ok a couple are blurry, this is difficult while the plants are still alive lol.

This one is nifty as it shows the spiked type protective trichs there at the leaf tip and a couple stray ambers too:

I like this one bc a couple trichs appear to have grown such long stalks that they are now bent over by gravity haha!

FAVORITE! I know sometimes we say how a plant looks delicious, but seriously this looks actually yummy hahaa! If there were some kinda special award just for tasty looking, this might just have won lol. (also features some spike trichs in the bg)

Hello peoples! Just a quick group shot update today, been busy but everything is going great!
Two are definitely done, and should come down now. But I have to run out of town for a week... So instead of cutting now and risk over drying and ruin, I'll have to let em go long. That's ok though, I have a little watering system set up to hopefully keep em alive, maybe they'll put on a couple extra grams.
And it might be a bit more "Stone" and a little less "Purp" by the time they get cut haha! Also, since I primarily medicate at night, I don't mind a bit extra CBN. I have deactivated the UV-B lights though, since in my observations that does accelerate the aging of the trichomes.
Was moving them around a bit today, and damn do they smell magnificent. I don't know how I've resisted the urge to snip a bud and quick-dry sample it haha.
