And just remember in a series circuit amperage stays the same. So that might change some of your calculations.

That is correct. So a basic break down of series and parallel circuit rules are as following. Hope it helps you understand the theory a bit more. I threw the ohm's law wheel in there too, might help with calculations. Either way bro you're going to love the light. Have fun and drop a little update when you have that thing set up and burning. Thanks for all the love guys. Im pulling the trigger hopefully today on the 240h-2100. thought i had a firm enough grasp till i ran the numbers. So In series the current stays constant while the Vf increases per board while parralel is opposite current adds up per board and V stays constant. Is that correct?

Thank you so much. If you want I will tag you in when i start my ripleys journal here shortly. Its a hodgepodge reserve bay atm outside the tent, until i can sfford another tent. I will have to pull an autocob from the tent or set up my diy 28w vero18 until the driver and bits are here but no big deal ill adjust height with lightmeter. Just glad i know im buying the right driver for my needs. Ps ill have to grab a killawatt meter and dim to 200w or so as I only have the type 1-100w heatsinks atm. That is correct. Parallel circuits
E (volts) constant
I (amps) additive
R (resistance/ohms) 1/Rt= 1/R1+ 1/R2 +1/R3
P (watts) additive
Series circuits
E additive
I constant
R additive
P additive![]()
