Lighting QB96 Elite V2 Engine

What type of Wire do you guys use to connect these?

I just used some twin core flat cable at the local hardware store, it was single solid core in each, measured 1mm in diameter.

It NEEDS to be 18G solid core wire to the boards guys

You can use a small piece on the end of any wire you like 16G or better. Doesn’t ALL have to be solid core, just the part yo connect to the QB96 board itself

I used thermostat wire 18G solid core attached to extension cables I spliced into

I didn’t have any Wago connectors at the time, so I used what I had.

Easy as shit to build these y’all

The spread on your light looks nice, but I can't spend that amount of coin on a small area. I have too many plants and grow spaces. But a $300 upgrade is more doable than $1,000 at this time. I never heard back from those guys after I told them it was too expensive. Not the greatest customer service and it is too much until the prices come down. Super nice looking, but $$$

I have Wagos and ordered some solid core wire. I bought red and black. The Black arrives 3 days sooner on Amazon. But that's ok, I can wait. I assume I have to build a hanger for it and use a ratchet hanger to adjust.

$270 to light a 2x4 area with the best light on the planet... isn’t too expensive when u actually compare what you GET to what you COULD GET for a few bucks less...

It’s all about the end result. And my end product is 2nd to none id say

Took allot of work, but the lights make an unbelievable difference

I vegged my entire 4x4 (17 Plants) with just those 2 lights

I hope u get to see the glory for yourself someday friend!!! There will be newer better versions out soon

Yeah I don’t go over 4g/gallon with the new version. I was at 4.3 and tips curled down on some of my girls. 4 is plenty for veg it seems
