Hey everone, im really interested in upgrading lighting from my king 600w led and came across these auto cobs. From what I've read they're really blowing up on this forum. I just wanna know if 1 is good enough for a 1.5x2 since i only run one plant at a time and as far as the DIY part, i looked up some drivers on the web and saw one I liked on ebay.. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/112081593098
Will it work well with the DIY, or is there a better place on the net to purchase a driver? Just looking for great lighting on a budget and these cobs look promising. Thanks guys

That’s actually not the driver that’s on the AutoCob. Either tonight or tomorrow night I will launch the “one per person” AutoCob BLOWOUT sale. 99.99 each. Plus shipping. It will also enter you for a giveaway on 2 free lights. Trying not to spoil the surprise but I couldn’t see you purchase the diy and parts to find the AutoCob will actually be cheaper and require no work besides clicking the mouse.

I made a thread earlier about a cob for everyone. This is how I plan to do it.

That sounds like a super deal! Did you say only one per person?

Yes, just one. People can buy one if they already own one but I will just refund if someone buys multiples. The goal is to ship lights to as many people that don’t own a cob as possible. Plus this will enter you into a giveaway. Giving away 2 as of right now, maybe more.

Is that a complete cob?

I grow with one Autocob over one plant. I have 6 total Autocobs. Yes, one will work very well for you. www.cobshop also sells "you finish "Autocobs.
Appreciate the answer man. How are you liking the results so far opposed to what you were running before hand?

Autocobs are outstanding lights. Finding the right distance between light and canopy is a learning curve since they are relatively newish. I have two strains currently that I have been able to get the lights to 23". My last grow, I couldn't get my plants lower than 30" - 35". They are very efficient lights. They carry a low electrical draw and a low heat throw, they are noise free, small and easy to move around. I used mass built led lights previously. The lower heat throw alone made me happy.
