Lighting Quick question: 1000 watt ballast vs 1000watt bulb

Hello afn,
Does this ballast from the photo below, will work with the bulb also in the photo below.
It says ballast has: 4.3A
Bulb has 10.6A

I'm a noob in electricity, better ask than to blow something...

Sorted out: 4.3A is for 220V, 10.6A is for 110v

watt = amp x voltage
