just a quick question.

I'm growing an afghan kush ryder auto (currently at day 14) things seem to be going well with it and it looks healthy. its currently just starting to sprout its 4th set of true leaves. but i noticed today that the very first set of true single leaves is developing very slight colour variation in the leaves,( very faint hints of yellowing/lighter green) my eyes can see it but my camera has trouble picking it up. ive attached a couple pics. is this a symptom of anything or is this normal? im growing in a 3 gallon fabric pot if that helps.
it could be nothing but i thought i should ask just incase i need to start giving some super light 1/4 strength nutes or something. trying to keep this first grow as healthy as i can.

What medium are you growing in, I can see it's something peat based, is it a light mix?

im growing in premier brand potting soil from canadian tire (was the best i could find that wasnt miracle grow,lol) it says its a mix of soil, peat and perlite. i mixed it with roughly 30% added perlite to lighten it up a bit more. and i dont believe it has any added chemical nutrients that im aware of. i cant find any nutrient information labeled anywhere on the bag

I've also been letting the soil dry and pot get light before giving any water, but i have not given it a full watering with runoff yet. still wondering when ill be able to do that. actually just gave it a litre today, think las ttime i gave it about a litre and a half (again with no runoff), it appears to be healthy and growing but i just noticed this slight fading. i bought sensi grow A+B but havent given any nutes yet.

forgot to metion my light is hanging about 22 inches above top of plant, temp is constant at 24c and rh seems to stay around 35-37%. i know it could be a bit higher humidity wiise. but its warming up here day by day so huidity will naturally start to increase and as plant gets bigger itll start evaporating off more water.

I'd try a feed, 14 days is a long time in a light mix

do you figure i should give for a feed, 1/4 strength? ( seems to be what ive been reading to start with for an auto)

alright ill definitly do that then, ive been waiting to try out these nutes! since i just gave it a litre of water right before posting this message, what would be the best way to go about getting it some nutes? should i just mix up another litre of nuted 1/4 stength and give it that whole other litre?

\1/4 stength of my nutes would work out to .25 ml each of A+B in a litre of water. though that is the 1/4 stength feeding for a seedling according to the bottle.

since im running fabric pots, when do you think i could give it a full watering with runoff? ive read that its almost impossible to overwater a plant in fabric pots , is this true?

id be warry of dumping another 1L on the lil girl so soon 12-24hrs unless the pot is still kinda light.im in biobizz lightmix a no nute soil with almost 50/50 soil to perlight/vermiculite mix,day 10 would be my first 1/4 feed.
i think its about to take off soon.

Alright well the pot definnitly didnt soak thorugh from the 1 litre i gave it. so ill give it a day or two and then give it a light feeding. so since im not at teh stage of giving light nutes, should it be every watering or every other?
Im looking forward to seeing it really start to grow, its just starting to sprout its fouth node, looking forward to the topping to see how that goes. ill be sure to update my grow journal in the forum in a couple days or so with new pics. i cant thank all of you guys and gals enough for all the friendly advice. would be lost without you all! one thing that suprised me is how its leaf sets are growing. i had always read that it usually increased by one leaf every node, mine seems to be skipping leaf steps,lol. went from 1-3 and now a 5 leafe is starting to grow, im wondering if the next will be the 7 leaf fan!
having so much fun watching this thing grow and nurturing it

yep i feed each time,only give it water if ive burnt the shite out of it,and the last few days of its life.
the only thing i know thats almost impossible to overwater is a half/nearly fully grown girl in coco medium.
