I filed my application of constitutional issue on Thursday, less than 24 hours later my charges were stayed. This takes my matter out of the criminal court and I will now proceed to file in civil court.

For those of you that don't remember my ex ratted me out and I lost almost 30 plants as well as my f-1 auto seeds I was breeding. I was charged with possess and produce a controlled substance.

Great news. My constitutional battle lives as my charges were stayed and not withdrawn. It goes live before the court Nov 19th 2013 that is only 6 days away. I am challenging the law based on the fact the basis that the law is unfair, arbitrary and based on irrational considerations. In Canada doctors don't want to prescribe medical marijuana because of a lack of scientific evidence. They don't have full knowledge of the medications effectiveness, proper dosage or short and long term side effects.

The Canadian College of Physicians and Canadian Medical Association agrees with me and I have statements from them acknowledging the fact.
