So yesterday I had an issue with my circulation fan being below the canopy and the tops of the plants getting heat stressed. So I was unable to correct the issue myself and had to leave it to my wife to do it. I use 40lb magnets with hooks to hold my fans and light up in my box. First thing you have to do is cut out a portion of the Mylar to expose the bare metal, then you move the hook to that location. Well, after repeating this process to my wife several times I guess it didn't stick. Well let me back up...hahaha. It started off with her breaking one of the main branches when she was attempting LST, which ended up being high stress straing which escalated to cutting it off because she doesnt understand the word gentle and thinks I "baby my girls too much". So theres that....Now back to the fan, yea she didnt get the who cutting the mylar to expose the metal memo and the fan landed straight down on my 4 week old Lost coast skunk and took out another two main branches... What was already a whispy (very stretchy) plant is now a very sad sad plant. Luckily she avoided to destroy my northern lights I have right beside it........Whatever this whole first grow is an experiment, as they say. I dont mind losing my plants to fertilizing decisions or what not, but damn, that shit pisses me off.
