@dankstyle -- Raw ogranics -- I think there is a spot here under the organic section for this . I live in the tropics and there is very little info on building soil . And very hard to get what you guys get as inputs , So we make our own , In my case [ Tropics ] Now what do we have that is free . Heaps as it turns out . I have spent a number of hours watching you tube , and most has nothing to do with my climate , So what do I do , -- Sit and watch -- Look here are some photos , this as you know is my garden , as of now .

So what are you looking at . biological active soil . Full of native worms ect How do I know , because I spent many ours checking . , 90 % of it cost me nothing
I recon I have 1 month to go before the big rains come , which I am looking forward to . . Then things will kick into high gear and I feed the soil more, There are lots of things I have done so if anyone is interested I will explain more [ Disclaimer .-- everything I observe is for my climate ] and Dank lets get this going . -- My aim -- to create a soil for my cannabis plants , I still have a way to go as I only grow for quality I make stuff ups along the way .

Super super awesome I would also like to include simple bokashi style teas an other raw organic teas that can be made without hitting the garden store up using one own natural environment an with you living in such a tropical place ,you're environment is perfect, many of the wild vegatation an the soil is exploding with microbes ,advantages my friend to harness very exciting stuff .

Right , here is a no cost way to help build soil , and worms love it . Egg cartons the biodegradable ones , I get them from the local restaurants , saves them filling up there bins , I fill up a 40 gallon drum and add a big pile of chicken manure and get as many cartons in as I can , let sit for at least 2 to 3 days , I time it for the weekend . I then layer it , as in wood chip -- soggy egg cartons - wood chip - cow manure - egg cartons -- ya get the idea -- Now this is for long term soil building ,
I do add liquid seaweed , to feed the microbes , but I don't think I need to , I have just put a layer of cow manure on top so I will get a photo in a week or so , and you will see what I mean about being full of life . All the worms are native and there is heaps in there .

Once again wonderful stuff .

@dankstyle I am going to set up a boiled rice mix and place in the rain forest to see what happens , Here is some biochar that I gathered from the bush after fires , Just down the road from my place is open bush land and a lot of hard wood trees , most have pipes in them so when they burn they burn up the pipe and fall over , Like picking mushrooms , when I bring it home I just break it up with a hammer and Bobs ya uncle , I have studied up on it and now I have ta give it ago , and I have worked out how I want to pre charge it , I am thinking at this stage 10% to soil mix as I will be trialling a 2 part soil mix as well . and again this is all from what I can get for free . I have to make as much of my own stuff as can , as the Old Flower has let me get a new light set up [ 9 cree 3590s ]
