hat looks real nice. Some cocoa tips aye? Keep an eye on your pH very diligently. Goes without saying, but I've grown some crazy plants in soil without checking pH once....cocoa ain't so friendly. I use Canna bricks because they are the best, and have total control from tree to store shelves. I want that. Get a feel for the weight of the container and the dry cocoa so you can have an idea what's up with moisture. You could even weigh them....also cocoa likes to be on the fence about water...sometimes it will act opposite of what soil plants do for dry/wet conditions. Go by your gut rather than what you are seeing. This is why it's nice to have a feel for the weight of the containers. One last little tip....make a diffusor type apparatus for watering your plants. For babies, I use a 1 gallon jug with a tight fitting top. The top has a thin aquarium hose grommeted or glued on....use this hose for getting the water exactly where you need it and it won't dig holes in the cocoa like pouring water will. Use RO. It looks like soil, but Cocoa is full blown hydroponics, make sure your water is up to the task. Some Cocoa tips. :)

Yeah.....runoff is huge. My friend had lockout from not running off and it totally crept up on him and almost took out a 60 day old MONSTER Ultimate Auto from DP.....Just a few weeks back. He had to do some surgery and re-home her from a very respectable 5 gal bucket to a 15 gallon cloth shopping bag with a cocoa mat slab bottom. It worked. And the monster UA is alive and well with that bit of unpleasantness behind. Things can go downhill real quick with hydroponics....even to an experienced grower. What you using for lighting and NOOOTS?
