Lighting Regarding growing autos with CFLs till flowering kicks in

Question people, if you guys would want to run 2 setups, one with a 400w hps in a 3"x3"x5" tent and the other one in a 1.5"x1.5"x3" with 2 cfls. The first tent will hold the flowering plants and the other one seedlings till day 25-35. Do u think it will hurt yield in any way? Considering this since 2 cfls will consume way lower than another 400w hps.

Thoughts?

GFL lights will be fine for veg as long as there lumen value is high enough, than putting them in the flower tent with HPS should work fine
