i have a single chamber. I want to get my northern lights going perpetual with one chamber. I know that revegging can be done several times. However after the second 2-3 reveg, if I pull a clone and grow it out; could I do this for years?

Simply yes but I would prefer to take clones before flower and veg them out whilst the mother is flowering that way the tent has no downtime. You don't need much to keep a veging plant.
