PS4, good way to keep up with the kids after they're out of the nest. We play several times a week together, mostly Titanfall 2

Nothing more fun than running maps on a bunch of young-uns!

I've got a PS2 that just collects dust and a couple PS3's that are mostly used as Netflix streamers and Blu-ray/DVD players these days. Do still do a little PC gaming, mostly just the Battlefield series of games.

I do like the retro, arcade stuff as well, though. I do frequently fire up MAME on the PC and play several of the old arcade games.

Have you ever tried more advanced system on mame before? Wondering how it runs stuff like PS2 games ect. Still trying to figure out the modding of the wii, which emulators to get ect.

I have not. I had some SNES emulator software for a while, but was so long ago I don't remember the details on it. I did play around with something called pinmame a little that is a kind of simulator for old pinball machines, but it's been a while for that as well. Mostly just run the old video game ROMS.... Pac Man, Kung Fu Master, Frogger, Elevator Action, etc...etc...etc... Re-live the old 80's arcade days. :smoking:

There are a couple of handhelds on Amazon for about $20-25 that have a ton of old 8-bit and 16-bit games on them. Found one that you can put in a mini-SD card and load it up with your legally obtained backups (lol.) I call 'em shitter games. Because... you know, they usually end up in the bathroom somehow.

"Honey, you okay in there?"
*sounds of Super Mario collecting coins heard in response*

Played lots of the older systems. Growing up was an arcade junky spent the whole day during the weekends there in the mall. Wish I still had my original Nes with all the games but fire took away our home. Think we have a Snes somewhere in a box packed away, Sega, PS1, PS2 modded, Xbox360 that my son has. Would like to get a PS4 for some of the games.

Nice....my buddy and I have talked about 3 standup arcade machines to be built eventually...one standard, one with dual guns for time crisis ect, and one flipped on its face for pinball mame.

Haha shitter games...that's too funny. :D

I wanted to get one of those mini NES classic systems they released last winter, but they went so fast I heard about it so late that I missed out. Still don't understand why they did such a limited run of 'em.

Goodness the price on those systems on ebay is downright obscene!! I am so happy with the wii. Super cheap and great for all of the old nes/snes. I am really getting pumped for my SD Card to show in the mail so i can get it done.

military flight sim on pc, BMS FALCON 4
cant fly if u aint high !!!

I played one of the intense airplane simulators for a few hours many years ago...i couldn't even get it started!! Hahahahaha

SNES has to be my favorite system of all time overall. Lots of great games on that one!!
