These weeds can be intentionally stretched by using spectrum, or by using light height, or by the intensity of light, or to some extent by hours of light.
I play around with all of those when I feel up to it.
The trick is to only stretch them enough to where you can still get max fill.... this one may be close either way

Since stretching her a bit too much I've been playing with some purps and let this girl go... then I got the bright idea to use her as a guinea pig and blasted her with LED for a while to see how well this strain could take it (very well)
So..... Rattiest looking plant I've grown in some time because of neglect but she stinks to high heaven and made a bunch of super sticky thumb sized buds
Shes going 100% to hash anyway....
