Harvest & Curing right time?

im seeing a few amber three days ago. not a heavy white yet ill double check. I want a entertaining head high. but last time was too early a mistake. so im trying to learn this part still.
I have 420 scope. I clip against tape sugar leaf then view. these are photo plant. I need better nutrition not best sugar yield.another issue. thanks for any help. was there general timelines harvest colors? im trying to harvest proper. vape pen and edible.used.

confused again, a couple plant show very little sugar but there still milky. so might this be weak thc since minimul sugar? just because hardly any sugar does that mean harvest still? by sugar I mean trichromes. I guess some don't make much .

I moved plant to 24 hour dark, before harvest. your thoughts advise?
