We do NOT taste like chicken .....ask RR......he should know. We have a delicate caviar taste merged with a hint of truffle and with a saffron glaze we are just about thee most delicious taste known to mankind. Sadly the Dodo bird was almost identical in taste and had a bad habit of walking up to humans with a fatal curiosity.
