Indoor Royal Haze Auto grow, BSLED sp111D

• Day 17.

Things are looking good at the moment. The seedlings are probably about the biggest I've seen at such a young age. I'm keeping the LEDs close as I've noticed a couple are already starting to stretch and I can't allow these plants to get any bigger than 3' (900mm). All the pots are still plenty moist so no watering. They were under 24/0 lights as my timer had broken, but as of today they are growing with 18/6 light-dark.

I'm in! Aren't you using trays under the pots? How do you deal with run-off?

Hi Groffuwiwi, I've been watering them in sesperate container and letting the run off drain before putting them back in :).

• Day 21

Just a picture update mostly. I still haven't needed to water them yet, I think maybe Friday for that. Lots of nice thick strong roots shooting out the bottom already. These girls are going to get big :o
Oh, and one plant is shooting two branches out of each leaf node, Kewl...

• Day 26

All the Haze's are doing great!. I watered today again only giving 1ml/litre of Rhizotonic. I don't see any point in pushing veg nutes yet as they look plenty green and healthy. Also, from experience I'd say that Canna Pro Plus soil i'm using has quite a large nutrient charge, larger than the companies description of the product would lead you to believe. It's very easy to burn auto's in it, so I rarely need to use a veg nute before week 4.
I measured the run off of all the plants which was a stable 6.5 or there abouts. The lights are still very close as they are stretching, maybe no more than 8". They have fat leaves, I was was expecting sativa needle like ones.. Oh well, enjoy the pics

Looking very lush and green for 26 days indeed, nice work there bud:thumbs::slap:

Hey Pyxis,

Just finished reading your log.
Doing great so far!
Ladies look green and healthy and seem to be enjoying the light.

Just a question on the light.
I see you are running the 111-210 but you have mentioned the draw is 210W, are you sure that is correct?
Mine is the 315 light and if i remember correctly i think their draw is around 240W

Just had a look at their website and that is the lights total draw.
Unfortunately they run at less that the claimed wattage...
So yours would be around the 150+W mark.

Will be following along with you on this journey!!!

:peace:

You're right Lazylathe, that's the total possible wattage which is not the draw. I'm happy with that as they're using less than I thought :). It's amazing really that such a large unit uses so little power. This lense technology is really boosting things. Thanks for tagging on Lazylathe :)

• Day 30

Things are really taking off! I've moved the two smallest haze autos elsewhere so it's only 6 plants now.

I fed the girls again today. This time I gave them 1.5 ml/l of Rhizotonic and 1ml/l of Canna Vega as a few bottom leaves are turnig light green, but otherwise they are all looking lush!. They look almost plastic :). Fingers crossed they slow down soon though as I'm running out of head space.
