Indoor Savoy's Grow Lab

seems like you got your system running on optimum :dance2:

Thank you! Was a lot of work, still tweaking the details. This is my first run with this grow-space.

Input Please.

Well my pm is actually day 43. It is pretty much on the yellow side of green. It got 1tsp tiger bloom, 2tsp big bloom, 1 tsp cal mag yesterday. It looks like its a little greener today, but leaf tips are going yellow. Maybe too much nutes yesterday so I gave it a half flush today.

I can't take a pic today, but yesterday's pic is pretty clear (page 5), though not a close up if anyone wants to offer input. I suspect being as its day 43 maybe the large fan yellowing is the start of end of life cycle? Rather than deficiency? It just seems a week or two early for that.

Going to call it a nitrogen deficiency. Ph is good so not lock out. I think it's 7 week related though that is a bit early. I think flush was the right call though, will do a light feed next time. Then I guess water to the end. I have some kind of final flush additive might use that.

Weekly Update

Big Picture update!

I'll start with the White Sirus. I have 7 still standing at Day 14. The two weakest actually are not bad plants, but probably won't make it to final pots as I only have room for three females per generation.

The hybrids are showing two very different phenos with regard to size. At day 25 the biggest is only three days ahead of the other two. The big one is 9" tall and adding an inch a day, this plant is exceptional. I can't wait to see how it will finish.

And lastly my PM is getting near the end at day 47. There's a lot of yellow on the older large fan leaves, I suspect this is end of life not deficiency. It'll get one more feeding before the final cleanse. I wish it was taller but it has really nice bulk, nicely formed tight buds. Like a Christmas tree, which is fitting because I plan on smoking it on Christmas day.

All my Purple Mazars to date get buds that collectively form a thick dense cola, but the individual buds are fluffy. Last grow I got mold on a particularly thick plant. This time, every day I've been separating the bud mass by hand and they are forming tighter individual buds that stick out like a Xmas tree.

I suspect by separating the mass each bud gets a little more light and tightens up as an individual rather than the outer "skin" of a many bud mass getting tight while the interior remains fluffy and totally white from underdevelopment. I'll have to do it again next time to see if there's truth to my theory.

Also this being my 4th, 5th, and 6th grow all at once is giving me a much better understanding of the plant, the grow cycle, and managing needs as they arise. Much less trial and error from previous grows. I'm beginning to understand what people mean when they say the plant will tell you what it needs. I'm also growing much healthier plants, no deficiencies, green and lush. Its really satisfying.

Enough talk, if you read it all thank you.
