Woah! Was your digital pH meter not waterproof???? - That's kind of a basic requirement for something being dipped in water every other day
If you're looking for a cheap but reliable alternative.. a company called "essentials" make one. It's cheaper than a bluelab, and a little slow at getting to it's reading, but it's sturdy (and waterproof lol) and has been giving me accurate readings for about 4-5 years on only 2 battery changes
