New Grower Seed Questions

Im wondering where everyone gets their seeds from, any somewhat cheap and reliable places? My stock is running low and the guy I got them from last time is selling them anymore.
I had Lowryders, Blue hymalayan diesels, and easy riders. They didn't have great germ rates so I'm hoping for better this time. So if you guys have any cheap/good places or ideas for seeds let me know.

I used sensible seeds sgs was the breeder 100% germination on my first grow got three free seeds. And a crystal white widow photo. Nice. but took like 8 says to come.
