Today i took the seed out the the dirt its been five days to check on the seed and the taprot about 3 quarters of a inch and the taproot hit light i did it right under the 400 hps and so will me taking the taproot out of the dirt into the light and air kill it or harm or stunt it in anyway ??? SO IF I WOULD HOLD A TAPROOT WITH TWEEZERS IN THE AIR UNDER THE HPS WILL THAT KILL OR HURT OR SUNT MY TAPROOT ANYONE KNOW????

most likely itll damage it in some way, probably stunted more from digging them up than anything. why are you digging them up? you just have to be patient, when they are that small they are very easy to stunt/damage/kill, no reason to touch them.
you probably put it back a tad or you may of killed it, once you have planted your seeds you never dig them up for a look mate , fingers crossed 
I kno i did not mess it up in a none light way i use thouse root plugs called root riot by clonex seed slides rght in and out i al;ways took them out never had problem but question is does light mess up the taproot in any way possible not taking it out just the light it self does that do harm thanks
Once you plant the seed with the tap root it should never get any light or disturbed in any way.There is no reason to do this.Just plant it and leave it alone.
well anytime i do a diary i always take pics (no flash) of my seeds just popped with no harm, but not recommended though

I've washed seedlings out before. After replanting they sometimes survive, sometimes not, but will be stunted. Roots are covered in microscopic hairs and you pull them off if you detach the dirt. Roots don't like drying out in the air and they don't like light. It happens in nature all the time. Consider a plant growing on a mound, it's roots should pop out. Except they don't because the roots sense it and change direction. It's the reason gardeners don't grow in clear pots. The roots won't like it, they will turn back into the dark.
Ive got a little fruit auto trying her best at the moment because i snapped her tap root being a tit, lol , she should be fine GH just make sure she's moist, lol.
