seedling leaves, what is it!

Hello,
I have going some week old seedlings, and on some i have yellowing on the leaves, what is it?
Might it be some burning...

Lights: 23watt cfl
Water: tap water
Temp: around 20C.
Humidity: 40%

Well im using florabella potting soil (phd at 6.5),have been using thos before.
For water im using tap water, not phd..

You should be ph'ing you water at all times unless your going straight organic feeding.

Yes im planing to use biotabs for later, until week 3 i will not give them nothing
For water i will try to use boiling water, might be that the tap water is doong this.

which Florabella soil? there are several,... some may be pretty light in nutes,...are they in final pots with Biotabs? Do you have Orgatrex? ..... not sure what the spots are, not likely a deficiency issue yet, so pH or possible bugs may be the cause,...
