seedlings fell over

Thanks for the answers,

the stems are about 10cm long so thats about.. 3-4 inches?
I'll try putting a layer ov dirt over the rockwool, cause i was looking at pictures from my previous grow and i saw that i coverd my first plants in that manor aswell..

Im not quite understanding the aluminium part..? sorry :)

The light is now 40-50cm from the plants, should i put it closer? its a 250w hps light

Thanks ;)

50 cm should be fine at this stage i would not push them harder than that yet

great, and the dirt over the rockwool seems to be working aswell, did it yesterday and the plants seem to be fine!! woop woop :)

thanks guys

good to hear mate ive had it happen a fair few time
never effected them in the long run!

hi guys, have planted a autof.; the plant did very good in the first 2-3 days and then it fall down. to be more specific, i planted the AF seed direct in the final bucket, and after almost 48 hours i saw the sprout and after some good hours(6-8) i found her on the ground. i uploaded a pic of the fallen one, maybe some will get a better idea what is happening/wrong with her - what i can say is that: I didnt germinate the seed, didnt give any mega-light /UV light; I keep things VERY simple, like, I only made the holes in the bucket, mixed the soil with perlite, made 1-2.5 cm hole, put few drops of water, the seed in, covered it(soft) and thats is, I left it be; in the 3rd day, when the srout was already "collapsed" I gave it a very small amount of water, that would be a bottled water lid of water
so guys, since lots of you know better than me, what can I do to "heal" the plant/sprout, i dont care if it dies or about the work that i did, I just want to do something if there is something to do so it continue her "job"

..Awdi-- what's your light source, and distance from the seedling? it's niot uncommon for them to get top heavy and flop over,.. use a small skewer or toothpick to prop her up,.. the stem will harden some shortly, and she'll be fine then,...

hey Waira, ty for helping; OK, its like this, but dont laugh, i have a normal 18W neon as the light source for the plant, taped a cloth with aluminum foil so that the light and the small amount of heat from the neon is "preserved" ; now i know thats not what i need to use/how its done but when i grow i try to use as less as i can money and to make the perfect environment for the plant would cost me lot of money; i'm well aware that the plant is not going to be strong(THC) as she could be
thing is, I won 1 autof. seed and said ok lets see what we got here and so i started to grow it

i found the problem for the little thing - light, that was her problem, so i leave the light on non-stop cause its 18W/hour, so its very cheap :D

P.S i appreciate new ideas :D
