Yep Yeatster. I leave all my water out for a cpl days before I use it. I took the humidifier out already and working on cleaning everything in a few.Are you using tap water for your humidifier and if so, are you letting the chlorine air out for 24hrs? I'm a gambling man and I bet the humidifier is your poison. Ive had mine running since the beginning of the summer and who knows how much I've lost in yield. I have had a lot of mucked up plants since, that I couldn't figure out the problem. Everything is smooth sailing now. Albeit, the RH is much lower than I'd like.
I'm def looking into that. Thank youI would recommend a mister/fogger instead of humidifier. They are 10 bucks on amazon or ebay, look under pond supplies. I have used them to make humidity chambers for tree grafting, and they work brilliantly. There is not much to them, and they do not really store pest material like humidifiers that have tubing and channels inside the machine.

No I havent noticed any bugs at all. I have 1 50+ day girl and another at day 48. both are from the same bag of vigoro. I ordered some foxfarms to see if i higher priced soil would improve things but no luck. I'll put some traps out after I finish cleaning just to be sure thoughIs the medium on the plants doing well out of the exact same bags as the ones with the problems? I see a root problem here. You may have gotten some soil that was already contaminated with something like fungus gnats, thrips, etc. Different lots of the same brand of soil can be contaminated with others being perfectly pest free. I see the organic lines having this problem alot. I think the pest larva are just preventing your roots from developing right from the start. Are you seeing any sign of an adult flying or scurrying around? Put a yellow sticky trap out and see if you catch anything.
