Seem healthy but way too small

Hello everyone and thank you for checking out my thread. So I have a Carpathian Mazar and a Freedom seeds midnight express. Both are at DAY 8 heading into 9 and from my newbie eyes(first grow) they look healthy being that I've grown all sorts of vegetables but they are runt sized. I see other grows and individuals have plants that stick up above the rim of the pot now. I germed both seeds in a shot glass for 24 hours. Only one popped but I put both into the soil as germing in water seemed like "priming" to me. Anyway both sprouted out of the dirt the same day. Both are in Dr. Earths black bag potting soil which I mixed in coco and perlite. Guestimating right now but I mixed it with a red solo cup. Every 5 cups of soil I put two cups of perlite and 2 cups of coco. I then wet the soil some with a little calimag and humboldts secret golden tree. I let the soil set for 24 hours before I put the seeds in. My temps fluctuate between 81F and 92F. Humidity fluctuates between 22 and 45. Not sure how. I've only given them one good watering and I mist everyday Because I was told that is what can raise the humidity. Can you please look at my plants and tell me if in fact they are healthy or not? Them being so small is it a problem being that it's day 9? I already have an exhaust with the carbon filter acting as a scrubber and a clip on fan inside and I keep the bottom vents open so not much more I can do about the heat other than keeping my closet door open which seems to help slightly. I seen a suggestion about a humidifier. Will the ones that babies use in their room work? I can get one for about $5 at cosignment store if you think it's necessary. Them being so small is it a problem being that it's day 9?

For day 9 above soil, they do look a bit stunted, but I've never grow those stains before, either. They look small, but healthy. Some strains have a way of blowing up into huge plants in the blink of an eye.
Your temps are running pretty high, SK, What kind of intake do you have? Upper 70's to mid 80's is good.
And your RH is also way low (I use a humidifier, and love the thing). The swings could be from your lights on/lights off cycle? Are you @ 20/4?

That was my comment as well. Your running too hot and not enough humidity this early, imo. Get it under 82F and move it up over 60RH. humidifier, fans, etc.

Hello guys and thank you for your responses. I went to the store to purchase a humidifier and it seems to have only kicked the humidity up to 54-55. I also already have a 6" clip on fan in there. Where would you suggest that i place it. If I'd need another one, it'll be some time before it'll get here due to having to order one. I do have a small fan that I can place outside if I leave the tent door open. Please take a look at the setup and make any necessary suggestions. Is the placement of the humidifier correct? Fan? I have my exhaust fan on low, should I turn it up? The two side bottom vents are open. Should I close them? I completely took the LED out that I was using at first and raised the cfls a couple inches to try and induce a stretch. With the fan on outside the tent, the humidity begins to lower again because its too damn powerful. However, the temp dropped too. I'm completely lost . Thanks for the guidance yall

I dont have an intake. As you see, Im working with a very limited space. I have the bottom vents open and I assume the vents being open act as passive vents and Assumed it would be enough being that its all I have to work with. If you see anything, please let me know.

As a "dive to the bottom of the pool" engineer. Its all about balance my friend. Plants are organisms, blah blah blah.

Humidity is an atmospheric reading - blowing it right at the plant wont help, hit the floor or ceiling..don't hit the plant. As a former Army guy, KISS is the key. Your at 54% from the digital readout so leave a heavy wet towel in the tent- will add ~ 10%

Also, I had them on a 18/6 cycle first 6 days but with the dwarfism (term i just coined I think) I moved it to 20/4, again assuming this with help with the vertical growth

Ok, so I closed the vent closest to the filter and humidifier. It has been running for about 4+ hours. It's a cool mist humidifier for babies. Safety first brand. temps have went down to 75f and the humidity has went up to 71. I also have the tent door closed but I have the closet door open with the exhaust ducting coming into the room instead of inside the closet. I will update you all in a couple days.

Hello yall. I know I said a couple days but things are looking so much on the positive side that I couldn't help myself. Decided to keep it on full blast all night which was crazy because my humidity got to 99% . Anyway, yesterday I did give them a small feeding of humboldts secret golden tree, calimag, superthrive and dr. earths starter fertilizer. I'm not sure if it's the humidity, me raising the lights, the ferts or a combination of all but they sure as heck look great right now. Second set of leaves seem to have increased in size overnight. Thank you guys for all the help, and I know where to go if I need more. I am a true believer in the humidifier. Only $5 too. Well onto the pictures.
