Hi and welcome to AFN 
..... I don't know anything about growing indoors under lights really but use a 24/0 to start seedlings. I'll see if @Mañ'O'Green or @RivetGrrl Will share their light schedules , they both grow ridiculously good looking buds inside, but probably both use different light schedules 
I don't think there's a definite answer on best hrs to use as everyone seems to use anything from 18/6 to 24/0 with good results
