What's going on everyone?
Just wanted to stop by and give everyone and update...
Things are going pretty well with the Sensi Seeds Skunk #1 and Sensi NL Auto. The girls are in 5 gal buckets with FFOF w/ perilite and vermiculite mix. The Skunks have been flowering now for about 2 1/2 weeks, and the NL's are just beginning to flower, they took a lot longer to mature but are very bushy. During veg I used, FF Big Bloom, FF Grow Big, AN Voodoo Juice and Piranha, AN's B-52, and also a few feedings of General Organics BioRoot which has been doing wonderful. For preflowering, I began using small doses of Open Sesame, which did in fact produce a ton of bud sites all over the Skunks, the NL's just got their first feeding of the stuff. Now that I have began flowering the Skunks, I have been using AN Sensi Bloom 2 part. For the first week of real flowering they got another dose of Open Sesame along with Voodoo Juice and Piranha. They have been getting Bud Candy and Rhino Skin as well. Last week I began them on the AN Big Bud, which for a week of use, is seeming to show pretty good results so far. I will begin using Nirvana from AN next week as well, then switch to OverDrive with a VERY VERY light feeding of Cha Ching once a week the last two to three weeks of flower. I have done a lot of experimenting this grow with nutes, trying to get my system down pat, and am having very good results. A lot of people hate on AN, but I have to say they have been producing good results for me so far. I can see roots in the drain holes of the 5 gal buckets on two of the plants. I feed very lightly, (around 400ppm), but my schedule is feed-feed-water(no NPK additives). They are really starting to drink up the water too, they have to get some moisture every other day, that second day they are bone dry. The Skunks are taller and lanky, but the NL's a VERY bushy, and beginning to outgrow my 5'x4' area, which could be a problem in the near future. I may have to add another light (70w hps or something) at the end of the room where not much light is reaching. The Skunks have an impressive amount of trichomes for only being 2 1/2 weeks into flowering, did I mention they are extremely pungent as well! For being so early into flowering, they are very stinky. Had to install a PHAT carbon filter and some ONA, along with 3 tubs of Damp Rid with activated charcoal in it, which actually works really well for being $4.00.

Anyways... here are the pics, please let me know what you guys think and if you guys have any advice on how to manage my area better, I did not anticipate some of these girls getting so bushy. The Skunks aren't bad, but the NL's are as wide as they are tall... Please give me some feedback guys I would really appreciate it! Thanks for all of the help and for taking the time to check out my log!!

Please let me know what you guys think, I would really appreciate it. If you see anything I can do better or any advice on how to manage these big girls I would really appreciate that as well, let me know what you guys think and if you have any questions, please fire away! Worried about light penetrartion on the bushy NL's though, hope it does not become a problem, but the Skunks should def finish before the NL's so hopefully they'll get some alone time the last few weeks to bulk up! Thanks again for reading guys, please give me some feedback and advice for my first auto grow! Thanks again!

What's up guys? Here are a few more pics that I took today, going to try to keep this thread going until harvest....

Here is another update guys...

I am having a problem with two of my skunks though, I am almost at week 4 of flowering and on two of my Skunks I am seeing these brown/rust colored spots appearing on some of the "newer" growth, there is not much of it yet. On one plant it has only showed on one finger of one leaf, however the other one has about 5 or so affected leaves. You can see the damage through the bottom of the leaf, but there is not a hole in the leaf. I checked very thoroughly for bugs and there are none, I have had a NO Pest strip in the room for the past 5 days as a preventative measure, but I have never seen any bugs in there. Sometimes I use distilled water, and sometimes I mix my tap with my distilled water, my tap water is around 100ppm. From the research I have done, it seems to be a calcium def, the spots are moving pretty slow, and the one that has the most spots has some leaves that are drooping downwards, mainly just on one branch. Not sure what to think of this, luckily I had ordered some CalMag plus Friday. It got here today, so I have them 5ml/gallon of cal mag plus along with their Sensi Bloom 2 part. If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate the help. I clipped off the tips of the affected leaves, not the whole leaf, just the affected tips and took pics so check them out if you can and let me know what you guys think. None of my NL's are showing this def and one of my Skunks is not showing it either...

Any and all help is greatly appreciated guys!! I will follow up and let you guys know if the CalMag is helping any.
Thanks again fellas!

pics in natural lite really help for diagnosing......

Hey guys, hope all is well.

I am currently in the middle of week 4 of flowering on 3 of my Sensi Skunk #1 Autos and began seeing brown spots on some of the leaves three days ago. They seem to have started up top and are working their way down, one plant has it worse than the other two. The spots look brown/rust colored and are looking dead, if I flip the leaf over, you can see where the spots are and the leaves look thin in those spots. They are mainly on the fan leaves, but I am seeing them on some of the "bud leaves" as well, the single finger leaves that come out of the buds. At first, I thought it was a calcium def so I fed with some CalMag Plus yesterday, and checking today, the problem seems to have gotten worse. It is not moving extremely fast, but it is definitely spreading. I have always ph'd the water that goes into the pots and it has always been between 6 and 7. This problem just popped up early this week, so I am not sure what to do really. I also have three NL Autos in the same room that are a few weeks behind the Skunks that are not showing any problems at all, which is making me think it is some kind of a deficiency. I checked for bugs good, didn't see any, and have had a NO Pest strip hanging for the past 5 days as a preventative measure. I plan on misting the Skunks with a weak Azamax solution when the lights go out tonight, just to cover all of the bases. I also tried getting the spots off the leaves, to make sure that it was not some kind of a fungus, and it is like it is "burned" into the leaf. I am just hoping they will hold out another three weeks or so, so if I have to chop early, it isn't this early, currently 100% of pistils are still white, good trichome production though. Here are some specs on my grow....

Sensi Skunk #1 Auto and NL Auto
FFOF Soil, top dressed with dolomite about one month ago (with added perilite) in 5 gallon buckets from the start.
600w HPS, Solis Tek ballast and Ushio Super HPS bulb, 125W Hydrofarm CFL for additional coverage, area is 5x4
Temps are 73-80 max, humidity has been high here lately, it fluctuates from 60-70%
Nutes : Advanced Nutrients, most of their Bigger Yields system, Sensi Bloom A,B ; Big Bud, Bud Candy, Nirvana, B-52, Voodoo Juice, Piranha, Rhino Skin (was free sample) - I have kept most of my feedings light, around 300ppm, with a max of 575ppm yesterday. I do feed, water, feed every other day, they are drinking a lot of water lately.
Water : Half tap (100ppm) and half distilled water, ph is always right around 6.5-6.7
These girls went into the soil June 14, 2013.

Anyways, here are the pics, I know they are under the HPS, and I will get better ones tomorrow, but please work with me until then, I really need some help getting pointed into the right direction, I cut off a few leaf tips that had the problem so you guys can really see what these spots look like without the HPS. I am also getting some curling leaves on the one with the most spots.... Please give me a hand here guys, +REP for all that try helping and I will add better pics tomorrow.

Again, I am sorry for the pics with the HPS on, I was going to get some better ones today but my phone died, I will get more up asap tomorrow. I do have some AN Final Phase, if you guys think I am going to have to flush, please let me know what you guys think, even if it is just guesses at this point. I am praying that they make it another 2-3 weeks, so I don't feel too bad about chopping early....
Wish me luck guys, +rep for anyone who can help!!

Okay guys, here are the pics with the HPS off finally. Today, I flushed with 4 gallons of distilled water with half strength big bloom and cal mag in the last gallon, I waited until I began to get clear runoff. At first the runoff almost had a yellow color to it, which I am guessing is salt buildup, so it looks like I got a good bit of it out. I can do this again the day after tomorrow, since I did not use the standard 3x pot size flush. All three Skunks showed this issue about 2-3 days ago and the NL's look absolutely perfect, there is some slight purple on a few of the upper stems of the Skunks, which makes me think of a possible P def?? I don't know what to do, I am getting scared that they won't make it until harvest. I'm super bummed out... :(

Anyways, here are the pics guys... Please give some advice.

This first pic is of one of the NL's...

And this last one is the worst one, the spots are accompanied by some severe curling leaves, which honestly may be due to over watering, because she doesnt seem to drink as fast as her sisters. So Im going to let her dry out real good after this flush and see what shakes up....

Anyways, please let me know what you guys think? Is there any way in hell I will make it to harvest or at least a week early? I'm super bummed out, things were going so well, and now this failure... It's gut wrenching...
