Hey everyone,

This girl is World of Seeds (NLxBB), she is 40 days in biobizz soil.
1 week ago she started to show some signs of Mg deficiency.
2 days ago I added 2 teaspoons of Epsom Salt to 5L of water with the scheduled feed (1ml/L BioGrow, 2ml/L BioBloom, 1ml/L Topmax).
The run-off water ph is 6.5!

Today I checked and found more sick leafs, I almost took off 25 leafs all the same symptoms as the photos.

Another problem I clearly see is that leafs are a bit pale/yellow on tops.

Any help/suggestions please?

Thanks

thats not a serious problem bro.its a condition of having a fully flowering plant in a smaller bit of soil is all.its rooted mostly and has drawn most of any cal mag out of the soil.it need to be treated with a heavier soak to puch it in the soil.literally soak in in your feed water or slowlt water with an ctual suppliment WITh a surfactant and that should help.but lower leaves when they are in small soil pots like that will tend to diew off quickly just due to the fact its not drawing properly or enough from the soil cuz there is too much plant to feed.thats my take bro and it'll help you imho if ya get a cal mag suppliment.even one with a 1-2-2 or similar for flower.I like genergal organic cal mag as well as equilibrium for flower too. I guessing your Temps are good,n you got some Rh atleast 20% or so..?but maybe someone with more dealings with Boibizz specific usage could come along and offer a beter opinion.Im only familair with the soil but know of it as to be a decent bag stuff for organic light feeding soil.so it'll deplete quicker since your plant purty n bigger now and fully flowering and has taken most of them stuffs in the soil you need to put some of them back with like a compost tea.top coat might help too and some cal mag.anywho,i hope that helps ya bro!

Thank you bro, it is in 15L pots, and if u check my diary u will see it is the only strain suffering comparing to others.
one big issue is that I couldn't get cal/mg nor molasses in my area. The only thing I've got is dried egg shells and epson salt as a replacement for cal/mg! And I haven't used the shells yet as I didn't need them.

I always water very slowly, temps are 24, rh round 50%.

As I have understood from ur post I'll double the feed per litre and wait for result.

im not saying to actually feed your plant more just with the cal mag and maybe some mild somethings to make sure your right where you need to be is all.do you have any big bloom or kelp liquid maybe? if you have crab shells and/or eggshells you can trake a cpl gallon of soil and moisten them WITH the shells and use some miolasses or a compost tea to start their breaking down, that way all you have to do in a cpl weeks assuming they stay on the moist(not WET) side and them top coat and water as you would and itll leach into your soil and work well.so you can get moilasses or a cal mag suppliment in your area?daaang what a pain.a 5 gallon pot with looks like 3.5 gallon of soil is a little light for boibizz is all i was really saying so if you can brew a heavy silted type of CT with some molasses or cal mag additive that is whatcha need imo.i dont use epsom salts as a watering suppliment so maybe some with more dealing with that can lend some since that can be tricky epecially if your soil is a little on the weaker side.but a cpl teaspoons sounds about right.try actually soaking your pot.thats a hassel though.

If it's only the very bottom leaves I wouldn't be too concerned. It's pretty common that they will die off, especially when in a small pot as EoF has mentioned, as well as them being well shaded by the rest of the plant. Also, the amount of epsom salts you gave wasn't enough. The normal dose is 1 tablespoon per gallon (4 liters). Two teaspoons is only 2/3 of a tablespoon and that was in 5 liters, so the solution was too weak. You might also consider doing a foliar spray, 1 teaspoon of epsom salts to 1 liter of pH balanced water. Mist both sides of the leaves once a day for 3-4 days.

Oh Muddy! It is an unusal problem.
The yellowing is not only in the very bottoms leaves. Besides it is also in 15L which is supposed to be big enough conparing to many growers using 12L or 10L.
I'm not saying I use the biggest pots yet 15L seems to be enough, unless it is trully not!

This problem has already hit the plant from the middle, I found today more yellow leaves.

Maybe I used a small amount of Epsom comparing to what u have advised, but it is getting dramatically worse, and my previous epsom feed did nothing.

Tomorrow is the feeding day. So I will use epsom for leaves today, and with the feed tomorrow.

I checked so much for this problem, and I couldn't find any other reason than Mg deficiency.

I feel that I'm loosing this girl, I feel sad about that, and I'm afraid that this issue could happen to my other girls although I haven't needed Epsom on them yet.

Which Biobizz soil are you using, the Lite Mix or the All Mix? I've not personally used their nutrients. What is their recommended full strength feeding for a plant the age of yours?

It's allmix, u have told me before it was hot for my autos, and you have also told me that I should start feeding bloom gradually, and even grow nutes because allmix is already out of nutes after 40 days.

If u kindly check my diary u will find that this girl is the only unhealthy one.

I'm using 1ml/L BioGrow, 1m/L Topmax, 2ml/L Biobloom.

Vertical growth stopped. Today the feed will be as mentioned above.

And regarding this girl, I will increase nutes a bit.

Ah, I remember now. Yes, the nutes in the AllMix should be depleted by now. I would suggest giving it the regular feed with a full dose of epsom salts, as well as the foliar. I'm surprised you can't find any molasses in your area as it's generally available world wide. If you're in the UK, it's also know there as treacle. A tablespoon of it per gallon of feed would also be very helpful, in fact probably necessary. We should know in a couple of days if the epsom salts are effective.
