The soil shouldn’t feel wet per say but almost like a cold moist feeling hard to explain it’s something you pick up on, but yeah if the need feeding don’t be shy just make sure you don’t over do it I normally feed every other day.. roots need oxygen just as much as they need water, if your not using air pots I recommend implement them next run also there good. Ps how are they doing now leaves picked up yet ?
