Hi: My First led grow , i have 2 mars hydro 150 in 42 by 36 inch room. started out at 24in. after a few weeks the 3 plants only grew a few inches. now 30 days later a couple of inches taller. i have been using cfl,s before and had great results. feeding is the same help?

drop those lights to 16-18 inches. I run my LEDs at 18" in veg, then as close as 12" on flower if the strain can take it.
But you can't just assume the problem is the lights. What size pots? What medium, soil or coco? Or hydro? What nutes are you using how often do you water?
