Harvest & Curing should all leaves be dead before harvest

if you overdo it, then the little leaves will get brittle and dry - in my opinion you should not wait that long.. Usually growers assess the ripeness by checking the trichomes with a loupe or microscope. Depending on the trichomes (clear, milky or amber) the effect of cannabis will somewhat vary. The more amber the closer to indica (more sedative) and when more milky then effect are more clear and energizing.

typically they look like this. tric's are white, pre white, clear and then fully amber. the white is typically what most shoot for as a start goal. :)

Have you started to flush yet? If your leaves have turned this yellow naturally, it's time to start a gentle flush. For the next two weeks feed them ph water with a little N in it. The last two weeks you will see your buds swell and your leaves yellow completely.
