Grow Room Should i be worried about stunted growth?

Hey guys, I'm relatively new to the forum and I wish I had seen this forum before.
I'm growing a Auto feminized Mandalay from ministry of cannabis and I'm afraid I did something wrong and I'm worried about stunted growth.
My Seedling is 2 weeks old from seed.

I have a 4 square feet cabinet covered with Mylar, 1 fan for intake and another one for exhaust, I'm using now a 100w draw power LED setup but I did started the seedling using 2 CFL with 20w each in the beginning before my LED got delivered on Tuesday, I started my seed with paper towels and it germinated in 3 days then planted it in peat pot

It sprouted in another 3 days

2 days ago I got my LED setup and changed my CFLs and that's how the seedling was looking like on the change

I woke up in the next day and the seedling was facing the soil

I was afraid of overlight so I placed the lamp about 5 cm higher and watered a bit because it felt bone dry and 1 hour after the plant was up again

. So I'm not sure if my Seedling got stunted whenever it faced down but in 2 days doesn't look like the plant improved I transfer the peat pot ( I had the bottom removed before planting it) to the 5L pot which I'm planning to finish the grow. Should I be worried about this little drama that happened? Am I over worrying?

it has been stunted a lil,probably cause of little light little pot.now its in a big pot with a bigger light it should be a lot happier.
