Hello all. First and foremost, this is my very first grow. I am using a DWC system to grow this Jack Herer Auto. It is yellowing and getting brown spots on the older growth. My guess is it's a nitrogen and calcium deficiency. I shoot for 5.5 pH, but I have gone as high as 6.5 before I corrected it.

This is not the best image, but it is unfortunately the only one I have right now. Thanks for the help.

Need more info, there's a template for a "sick call" at the top of the infirmary forum.

Sorry about that. I didn't see any of the other posts utilizing a format so I just posted. I added it to the original post.

What type of hydro set-up are you running? Deep water culture.
fair warning, hydro is the hardest way to grow, soil or semi-soil less, or coco are much easier when starting out and learning the fundamentals of indoor gardening and horticulture.

DING DING DING! Ideal resevoir temps are in the low 60's!

You can also line the outside of your bucket with reflective tape or keep it in an ice bath or something more low-tech.

Thank you for the information and help low. I am going to use some frozen water bottles to drop it to around 65F.

I started with DWC because failing wouldn't be a big deal. I figured I would fail a few times before finally making it to the end. The experience and the knowledge that comes with each grow is more important to me.

I'll report back in a few days. Thanks again.

How old?

How is your water purified?

500+ seems a bit too much for week 1-2 even 3 if there that size - plus the fact that your eC is +50 when you check i would drop her feed down by 50-100 see if she starts demanding more - Sometimes even if your not burning her overfeeding can cause imbalance in nutrient uptake as excess of some locks out others.

Although your issue does seem related to pH and heat in your resevoir
