So I went ahead a drained the system and topped off with just RO water I'm gonna let it run in water 4 awhile then drain top off with some new water and change the nutes schedule from expert recirculating to just the GH micro/Gro/Bloom any help advice is greatly appreciated this is my second grow and first n a Rdwc so ya can u say NOOOOOOOOB LOL

I think you jumped the gun.
I do not sweat little stuff like that on the lower leaves.
My own feelings are that dumping the rez and putting her in ro for more than 20 or 30 minutes is going to piss her off.
I would get her back on her feed @ the GH published dosages, perhaps just a bit weak. But I have found GH to be a fairly gentle and predictable feed. Just mix it up well and ph it to roughly 5.8 - 6.2.

Another quick ? I've been mixing all my nutes in a 5 gallon bucket of water then dropping it n my system where the rest of the gallons r ,is this ok as long as I start with micro ?

Ok so another quick ? lol u said a lil bit weaker like if it calls for 10 ml u put n 7.5 ml ? When should I start giving her bloom feed when she starts showin flowers ?

Their online chart is a pretty good reference for when you should be giving them what nutes in which week.
You can adjust for a little faster flowering and less yield by switching nutes to all flowering as soon as you see sex or preflowers.
I prefer to grow for yield and wait until upward growth slows suddenly or stops before introducing flowering nutes.
By then you should have significant preflowering and flowering development going on and when you switch completely over to flowering nutes.
And yeah your reduction was about right.
