So 2 strains auto mazar and auto magnums... the mazar are looking good but the magnums are showing some kind of stress or deficiency....
Fed on Dutch pro auto coco, bacteria , and have used calmag for the last week hoping it would help...
The ph ranges from 5.1 then goes up to 6.0 then I top it back up which brings it down to 5.1 then goes up to 6.0 again...
The EC is between 1.1 and 1.3...

The run off ph in the plant trays isn't showing anything unusual either but the plants still ain't happy...
Temperature is always about 25 degrees c
And humidity between 45 to 60 depending on when watered....
Growing under 200w blue cfl which has done well verging before and will go under 600whps when ready to...
So here's some pics of the healthier mazar and the unhappy magnums.... both getting exactly the same treatment....

:toke: Herb'-- you're in straight coco, right? And coco-specialized nutes? This should have enough coco in it, but having a supplement on hand is wise,... this isn't a Ca or Mg issue from the looks of those symptoms, more like something we see in seedlings/young plants fairly often, but no cuase confirmed,... it grew up showing this from the start I assume? Sometimes it clears up on newer growth, sometimes not,.. but usually doesn't seem to affect the plant any fortunately!
I don't think it's pH related either, but that said, high 5's low 6's is where you want to be with coco; are you adjusting the nutes to 5.1, or is it there by the nutes alone? Water source? And are you doing about 20% drain-to-waste run-off on it? Coco is a specialized medium, with several do and do-not's,.. have you done research on what all this entails? [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] problem I see from coco users is them treating it like true soil, which is literally isn't,... just checking mate!

Hi waira,
So yup all coco and coco auto A and B ect.. mix. The symtoms did start early and the adding of calmag and ranging my ph low to high(which got recommended to me) was to make sure there wasn't a certain nutrient it was locking out possible at a certain ph... I usually just aim for about 5.8 with an EC of about 1.2 1.3 ....
I used filtered tap water with the nute and even added bacteria to help the plant take up any deficiency. I have grown in coco before and make sure it drains and hold onto the right amount... the plant are about 3 weeks old and have had this since seedlings do I've just been trying to see what it is because I'm stumped.... the run off ph is a little higher which happens and the ec is less meaning the nutest are being taken...
I'm going back to a phone of 5.8 and adding a Co2 bag and do some foliage spraying when the lights are off and hope they pick up a bit of health and vigor again...

Yeah grown in coco a few times always hand watered and never had an issue...

Yeah.I yeah if I keep buggering around too much to see if anything makes a difference I'm just going to make the plants unhappy in the process... just a bit extra TLC if anything..
