Hey guys. I thought I'd share one of the dozen seedling Mixes i've made this past years or so.its cheap assuming some of you have a few similar products.
I take a small brick of coir and break it into small pieces as ya do.dump a cpl cups or so of water in a basin and add my WP's to it and stir it up.
1.5 TBspoons Endo Mix 4
1 TBspoon Greatwhite with powdered blackstrap molasses at a 3:1 ratio.or 2 tspns GW and a TBspoon powdered molasses and mix in the water.
and 2 teaspoons of Bio VAM .stirred well.
then i add the coir once everything is disolved and then mix it well.if you got the water ration right it should be lightly moist.then over the top you can add 3-4 cups of small perlite or similar. half cup to 1 cup of vermiculite if you so choose,I didnt use any.
mix in a few good turns and squeeze test..once thats good, add your 1/4 cup of greensand as well as 1.5 cups of castings.fresh is best.but standard EWC are juust fine.pulp them if you can.pulse them in a blender or something a few times.nothing fancy,just bust em up some is all.small batches work best imho.then sprinkle them and stir them up well and get a good good good stir.then I added 1.5 TBspoons of Lime powder.and mix that up really really well.
and stuff it into a small container and plant yer seed.or plug method, tiered ,whuuut ever ya diggin at this time.hope this helps.
