Grow Mediums Slim's 1st Autopot grow-Think Different

So, Good morning BTW, I dropped the beans on Monday and they still haven't broke the surface...So naturally I'm a little perplexed...and upset, but not freaking out...not yet..So i decided to see what was up and I dug down about quarter inch and found what you see below. Not sure how to proceed...That's her, looks like a duck's neck lol..

Here is a little more info...They were not under grow lights yet, I usually let them sprout on their own then throw them under lights...never had an issue before...
Not sure if i should cover it back up, leave it like that and put her under the MH at 25%?
Is she a gonner?

Oh, There she is! She might pull out of it and be stronger for it. Maybe just a drop of water on her head for a little lubrication. I like to give them at least seven days to show me something. Heck, supposedly we were made in that time. lol
I usually spout mine first in paper towel just to be sure, but then go straight into the medium with some kind of light on them. I hate waiting for a seed to pop from underground. LOL I currently have two sprouts going from started in a paper towel, dropped under the coco, straight into two P300 LEDs pushing 180 watts at the plug in Veg mode with 20k lux shining down on them and they seem to be liking it so far.

Just be patient bro, it'll pull thru OK. that should open up into the cotyledons, don't rebury.
