snapped stem

hi guys ..im wounded,today i went to situate my fan into a different position and it fell and the bottom branch coming directly off the main stem has snapped 80% off,ive tried to use tape and string to hold it in place.. im on day 41 with this auto and just gone into flowering stage..will the plant die? can i take off the branch or leave it on..its flowering on that branch aswell..im so guttered.:jaw:

the left branch is almost off.this is best i cud do .

Your plant wont die bud.... I would make a sort of stint across the break and support the branch at 80 percent it may heal or may not but I wouldnt remove it yet ..... good luck

Looks like quite a nice repair job!

Don't worry - still about 39 days to heal and grow! In my experience the ones that i snapped can sometimes be the ones that grow the biggest buds. Where they repair you'll see a big 'Nub" that is like a super highway for nutirests hehe

Super croppers do it all the time (although we don't recommend doing it willingly to autos hehe)

lol i told the gf to keep away from my grow two days ago because she was being heavy handed and look what ive gone and done ffs i swear i wish the ground would open up and swollow me whole.... stop the world I WANNA get off lol, so worst comes to worst i will just lose that branch ???

Well, yeah, but it would have to be pretty bad!

I think the branch will make it! Just don't play with it!! ^_^ Keep feeding as if nothing had happened!

You can check to see how well it repaired when you harvest

I broke my lower stem, probably when I was LST ing it, and didn't notice it for awhile after.
It was probably 50% .It healed with a huge knuckle. and the colas attached to now are maybe bigger than the rest of the plant.
Like they say: What doesn't kill ya, makes you stronger.
