What it be advisable and possibly even beneficial to add some organic matter like EWC and composted/already-cooked manure and maybe some meal to autopots along with the coco/perlite and also do some feeding in veg and flower from the reservoir? Just dial down the res nutes.

I think @RamboGarden just had some bad experience with mixing soil in with coco in autopots.
Maybe he can tell you more.
