Does it do as well as hydro? I'm just getting back in to growing after being out of it for 15 years. A lot has changed since then. Back then it was always cuttings and clones. Autoflowers are all new to me. Here is a comparison grow that I am doing between a hempy bucket and a GH Waterfarm. Yeah waterfarms are basically deep water culture, which will grow damn near as big a plant possible. For Hempy's, I prefer coco, half gallon grows a pretty nice sized plant, gotten 5 zips off a few in the past.

I turbo charged my waterfarm 5 days ago by adding an air stone to the reservoir. It exploded with new growth since then.

Nice, you can also inject air into a coco pot, definitely gives a nice boost.

Both are getting 4g of megacrop and 2ml of calmag per gallon. The tips of the leaves on the dwc show a bit of burn, no burn on the one in the hempy bucket. I think that is a result of drinking a gallon of water in 24 hours. The res is only 2 gallons in a waterfarm, so that probably spiked the ppm #. Adding air caught me off guard, I wasn't expecting it to drink that much that fast. I'm keeping better track of it now. This is my first time doing DWC, any tips?
