Nutrients Soft water vs. hard

Ok, so soft water is great for washing my hair and showering, but how do my plants feel about it? Oh yeah it's good for washing my hot rod too, no water spots!

soft water hasn't got much calmag in mine is a 0.2 ec and you want get as much limescale with soft water so less minerals i think
