New Grower soil mix question

I want to keep my soil mix as simple as possible. I am hoping that my fox farms trio nutes will provide any additional nutrients my plants will need. I am thinking about:

2 parts top soil
1 part cow manure
1 part perlite


I have some peat moss, coca, and vercilmite. Would anyone add any of these to the mix or change the ratios of the above?

just my humble opinion but wouldn't a living soil approach be better than feeding chemical nutes in a dead soil?if the soil has enough non-soluble npk and beneficial fungus and bacteria then the plant can feed as it needs and you would only have to add a little chemical phosphorous during flowering I used this living soil approach to convert 2500 sq ft of salty rock hard clay into good top soil and now have one of the best lawn in the neighborhood. have received many compliments on my lawn, trees and flowers and have had good luck growing photos with this approach as well on my second auto grow and things are looking good as well.just my humble opinion but a symbiotic relationship between plants and soil produces stronger plants and a better tasting product this is why home grown tomatoes taste so much better than store bought. just something for your consideration I am no expert

I believe Grow Big and Tiger Bloom are chemical. Big Bloom (bat guano, worm casings, etc) is not.

read the label all liquid fertilizer contain chemical. even "organic plant food" contains things like phosphoric acid with water soluble nutes you are force feeding the plant.plants normally release citric acid and other chemicals to liberate non soluble nutes as they need them and mycorrhizal fungus aids in this by doing the same thing and giving plants nutes in exchange for sugar and other products that light is needed to produce.force feeding some nutes during transplanting (like MG quick start) will help with transplant shock and stimulate root development. adding phosphorous during flowering will increase yield. a product like this http://www.homedepot.com/p/Grow-More-16-oz-Cactus-Juice-100046846/202263233 contain calcium which can also help during flowering (cal/mag deficiency) but mineral deficiency is very uncommon in good organic soil

Depending on what's in the top soil a ratio of 60% top soil, 20% manure and 20% perlite might be better. Don't forget to add some dolomite lime to buffer your pH.

I think this is going to be interesting ,Good luck I wouldn't be that brave indoors I know you get more mushrooms in a cow field than you do in a Horses that's the limited knowledge of cow Manure So from that it tells me more goes on for it to be able to produce a good Basis for liberty cap Mushrooms now I'm wondering why I contributed just interesting I guess .I'm Subbed
