I would like to know the cheapest way to lower PH since I already read from main post of owner of this lovly forum that for raise it you can use juice of lemon...

also

How can I both lower and raise (always some cheap way) PH of soil...

also

Which nutrients for flowering time I should use, When to use(ye flowerin time but like 4-5 weeks then after sprout?), How much to use, How often, and HOW TO USE IT LOL

MUCH LOVE TO ALL THAT ANSWERS.... :smokebuds:

where I can fix sulphur? and does those things worth also for raise/lower ph of soil else than water?

Hey fella. You can use vinegar to lower your Ph of your water, and baking soda if only in Small quantities to raise.. I find that those 'home' remedies aren't stable and don't hold for long, just my opinion.

For your soil you can buy hydrated or dolomite lime pretty cheap(6-10 bucks a bag and it lasts a while) This is to RAISE

To LOWER you can buy a bag of garden sulfur, in pellets or powder. About the same price. :D

Nutrients are up to you. General Organics Bio line is what I use. Fox Farms Trio are good. For more pricey stuff, you can get Advanced Nutrients Ph perfect stuff. You get what you pay for, there are some folks getting awesome results with all, but especially the Advanced Nutrient stuff. Switch from Veg nutes to Flower nutes around week 5-6 when vertical growth stops, this will maximize veg time thus yields. Amounts are dependent on type used and some feed every watering and some do every other. You wanna start light on nutes with Autos. Start with a 1/4 strength of what is recommended on the bottle. That is lined up for Photosensitive plants.

Hope this helps some. :D :smokebuds:

Hey paizon, welcome to AFN! :smokebuds:

Lemon juice is actually what you would use to lower the pH of your water / nutrient solution. To raise it, you can use baking soda.

As for lowering the pH of your soil, powdered garden sulfur is one way to go. I know that's what Muddy uses and has had great results.

To raise soil pH, you can use powdered dolomitic lime (takes a while to activate if you're top-dressing an already filled pot) or powdered eggshells, to name a few options. Dolomitic lime is also a source of calcium and magnesium, and powdered eggshells are a good source of calcium.

Hope this helps, I'm sure others will chime in with other options.

you can get both lime and sulphur probley at the same place you buy your nutes!

Thanks guys you answered to ALL my issues!!!

such a LOVELY comunity!! happy to have got here!!

just a last question...which Noods didn't answered cuz stressed off my other 100's question i gave him/no time/no read....well......I seen he go
1 x 200w daylight cfl
1 x 125w red cfl
+ 8 x 33w daylight cfl's
---------------------------
= 589w CFL

But he-self explained in a post that u need for vegetation red spectre a.k.a 6500k.... and for flowering time blue one or white...w/e...2700k
does that mean that he uses just the 125w one for flowering and all the others for veg?

got your spectrums mixed up mate... flower is 2700 and high daylight / noon light is 6500K

I'd use them all... dual spectrum gives fantastic results.... and maybe lean a little more toward veg during veg (6500 K) and lean a little more toward floer during flower (2700k)
