Anybody know of any kind of fertilizers, nutrients, solutions, sprays or ANY kind of product I could get for my plant? It's ready to start feeding and it needs a little boost.

What WalMart carries can vary a lot from store to store. They seem to tailor their inventory to match the area the store is in. If you've got a Lowes near by, they sell Better Gro Orchid nutrients, one for veg and one for bloom. While not exactly suited for growing weed, I've used them myself in the past and they work very well. Also relatively inexpensive. A 1 pound bag of each is about $8 per bag.
Walmart is the Antichrist, don't buy anything from them! There are lots of other places that will have good deals

Yep I've seen lots of MG haters, but I've seen some really nice plants grown with it. Saw on youtube, a beat up, abused plant that was about to be thrown out, transfered to DWC as an experiment, and fed MG. That plant, even after 3 months in a 16oz solo cup, came back to produce over 200 grams!
