Really inspiring story Spel's, I know its something everyone thinks about but few do. I had a job cooking and apartment waiting for me when I graduated culinary school 5 years ago but a last minute death in the family forced me to cancel, lose motivation, and become sort of a Northeast/Midwest nomad. But with my family moving south at the begining of the year the California sunshine has been in my mind a lot more lately and Ive been talking it over wity my girlfriend and surprisingly she likes the idea.
I really hope things keep going great for you and hope I can swing by your shop in 2014.
